H&R messed up big time. 1st time using H&R too. Made a appointment online at the office off Mississippi and Chambers and someone from this business called me and said the place is not open and is closed but maps is saying its open. I called up to make another appointment with and no reply back. I went on line and made another appointment at 11am and today I searched maps and iliff branch does not open till 12pm. C'mon? I had my taxes done month ago by Meghan de angeles. She charged me close to 500.00 for 2024, 2025. When I t was time to pay I couldn't pay it at that moment, her attitude changed acted like I was a pos. Then my id expired. I went got a new id a few weeks later had a copy from dmv and she tells me they couldn't use that. I said forget it! I'll go somewhere else! You got all my info and she still dumb about it!! Scammers here.

Ju Nea McDonald was my tax professional who was doing my return. She kept increasing the total price I was to pay for the services. Thinking to myself why is my return costing over a forth of my final amount. Then I noticed she was going to send my return to her account take a cut and then send me the scraps.
