We had a tax person who had no interest if we was there or not. I asked for medical deductions she blew them off saying we made to much money ($12,800) plus out of pock for other medical is not enough. But would not offer any other suggestion to help. The women yes had disabilties and was not going to move, or would not get up out of her chair to even get copies off the copier, (one super uncaring disable person)! Terrible experience. My spouse lives in a different country, so I went with H&R Block expecting that they would know best how I should file my taxes. Audrey filed my taxes under the wrong status ('Married Filing Jointly' instead of 'Married Filing Separate'). She entered that I'm a US citizen when I'm not, a mistake that I caught immediately thankfully.
