It was Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly on my visit to this location I was greeted immediately by Jorgia Hollebeke and she has excellent customer service and was extremely friendly I will definitely be coming back here next year to file
This is my go to tax office each year. They always treat me with respect and kindness. Tax pros are knowledgeable and personable. HIGHLY recommend! Way better than Jackson Hewitt and TurboTax
I had a very bad experience. Please do not buy any insurance from them; they only steal your money. When the IRS audits you, they don't help you; they don't care if you bought any kind of insurance from them. Just don't be fooled, and besides, their costs are very expensive. I don't recommend them in any way. They prepared my 2022 and 2023 taxes, and they never wanted to help me with the audits. I had a terrible experience with H&R Block. I uploaded all my documents 4 days prior to my appointment. Was called morning of my appointment and told they need to postpone a week so agent has time to review the 8 documents uploaded. Unprofessional but guess no choice. I should up a week late . Agent running late has not review my documents and missing 2( good thing I brought hard copies). I pay for the gaurentee to avoid any issues.
