I had a terrible experience with H&R Block. I uploaded all my documents 4 days prior to my appointment. Was called morning of my appointment and told they need to postpone a week so agent has time to review the 8 documents uploaded. Unprofessional but guess no choice. I should up a week late . Agent running late has not review my documents and missing 2( good thing I brought hard copies). I pay for the gaurentee to avoid any issues. I've never written a Google Review, but my experience at this particular H&R Block branch has necessitated me writing one. I've used H&R Block for several years and have always had great experiences. This year, however, was wildly different. I arrived for my appointment two weeks before the Tax Filing Deadline. My Tax Pro's previous appointment ran 15 minutes over into the time I reserved.
