Terrible experience. My preparer was late for my appointment, so another preparer took over and was entering items for an incorrect state. Told me I didn’t need to file in my previous home state when I did. Ended up with a 3rd preparer that needed to confirm some tax laws in my previous state and said they would contact me when they had an update. Heard nothing back. So I went to a different office and I am so glad I did.

I do not recommend coming here if you are looking for workers who are kind and polite. Renee passed notes to the front desk lady and was whispering to avoid me earring whatever was mentioned about me. When I first came in and sat down, Renee just came speaking at me. No ‘hello’ or ‘nice to meet you, or even a greeting at all. I even overheard them speaking about customers trying to schedule appointments stating “why do people wait to the last min. to schedule appointments. It was Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly on my visit to this location I was greeted immediately by Jorgia Hollebeke and she has excellent customer service and was extremely friendly I will definitely be coming back here next year to file
