An unacceptable experience from start to finish. Multiple errors made by “Tax Pro” Sandra Molas, excessive delays (she pulled a complete disappearing act for 2 weeks), and a hard to understand unwillingness to fix/be accountable, even at the Senior Management level. I have no confidence that my returns have been done accurately, and even if they were, the amount of time I spent fixing Sandra’s mistakes is completely unreasonable.
