This location is VERY efficient! I’ve been here twice, and left with a smile both times; I do plan on returning! The kind man at the front desk (I wish I could remember his name) started and ended my visits with a warm friendly tone. :) The waiting situation is standard. They have a few armed chairs. My first visit I waited maybe two minutes, my second visit I was a tad late and brought back almost immediately with no hard feelings about tardiness.
