This was our first time using H&R Block. We came in at the very last minute to get our taxes done and the lady at the front desk told us they couldn’t do it, but then Joseph came out from his desk and said he would be happy to help us. Joseph was absolutely wonderful, helpful and fast. We were able to get our taxes filed before the deadline and for that, we are very grateful. I would recommend Joseph to everybody I know. He’s a wonderful man.
had a really frustrating experience with this tax service. I paid $480 for filing, which is already quite expensive, and they still made a major mistake. When filing as married filing separately, both spouses are required to use the same deduction method—either standard or itemized.
