Terrible ! I was there to find out if I approved for advance. After the girl entered the information into the computer, I asked several times to find out if it would be approved and the amount, she keep saying only after I finish here . After everything was finished, she had already sent my tax and they told me that within 24 hours I would know the amount I would receive. My 2024 return I will receive $9k H&R Block approved me to receive $250, that’s funny . This is my last year deal with this people .
