Ive filed with H&R thrice, not this year... While filing with H&R, - they underestimated, "Just to be Safe" they quoted. - inputs they were supposed to put in, ignored (i observed it this year after being pointed out by another Accountant.) - they've been saying i will receive credit for referrals which never work as they promise All 3 years i introduced people and I never got anything, When I filed this year with a diffrent firm, They reviewed all the past summaries and they showed me what I missed all those years.
