My experience at this office was absolutely terrible. My tax situation was somewhat complicated and when I called to schedule my appointment, I told them that I would probably need a longer appointment and explained my situation. When I arrived, I waited an hour. My appointment was at 4 and I was not called back until 5. My tax preparer, Latricia, was awful. I made my appointment for 9am through the website because that's what worked for my schedule and this office took it upon themselves to change my appointment without my knowledge or consent then got an attitude about when I said something. The person I spoke to was rude and abrupt and I am tempted to no show the appointment and find another service to complete my taxes on my own. Extremely disappointed with this office and I've been an hr block customer for over 20 years.
