I worked with the same person here along with my family pretty frequently, she was always a wonderful rep. Recently, I worked with a women named Maria Ramirez, I asked maybe 4 or 5 different questions over a span of a week. I didnt get an answer to a single one. I actually had to call the location which was closed, get transferred to the Youngstown location to have my RITA taxes filed here in the state of Ohio, which now are late because not only were my questions not answered but they were not sent out as well.
Awesome Job. This is my third year with H & R working on my taxes, from federal, state and city . Stress free!!
