Mrs Frances was my Tax Analyst and she was amazing. I really loved her customer service; she explained everything and shared laughs while doing it. I look forward to seeing her again next year.
Do NOT come to this location. Had an appointment for 6:00 and at 7:00 we left without getting any assistance. Why even have appointments available if you cannot keep them. What made it worse is that there were people available in the office that could’ve helped us and we weren’t acknowledged, despite sitting in the waiting area for an hour. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
The service was professional no problems at all in and out in 30 minutes or less very satisfied with the service and the cost. Definitely be using them next year
