I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with a tax professional named Karen. We had a scheduled appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived at 11:58 AM. Despite seeing us there for our appointment, she chose to take another client instead. We weren’t seen until 30 minutes after our scheduled time.
