Updating my review of the Dalhousie H&R block in Calgary. 5 stars to none. It really depends on the agent you have. Previously (Cathy) was incredible. I trusted her completely and she made the whole process easy and transparent, with warmth and care. I looked forward to working with her every year. She retired and we were given Andy. He has yet to show any attempt at customer care or connection, there's a huge language barrier and he hasn't demonstrated the ability to grasp the nuances of my complex portfolio. They welcome u nicely and also make u to understand what ever u would like to do ..is nice working with them
if I could give their software and "assistance" a rating of zero I would do so. I have used their on-line package for many years but this year's version is appalling.
