My husband and I tried to book and appointment for a Tuesday, the guy at the front desk told us the appointment was for Wednesday, we got the email confirmation and it was for Thursday, we went in and the guy at the front desk said there was no appointment for the name on the appointment. He also had zero knowledge of anything, I was able to call the 16th Ave NE location and the lovely lady was able to help me immediately and answered all my questions over the phone.
