I hate taxes... but much less so now! I walked in with my paperwork as a first time client to complete my personal income taxes. Mel at the front desk was super helpful and Joyce had completed both my and my wife's taxes in under an hour. She was super clear about everything and explained all the details. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience

Taxes were filed but I am not happy with the services provided - Felt rushed and the "expert" dismissed all my concerns by essentially just waving them of and not clarifying
