I went as a walk in and was quickly denied. Fair, it was 6pm at tax season and people have appointments booked. I did a drop off, heard NOTHING. Called the next day to understand a timeline, and the young lady on the phone booked me with Barry the following day. Nothing had been pre-prepared. Still not sure how drop off works. The front desk woman thinks she is the owner of the company !! If you change the policy from year to year put a sign board there .
