I've been having a terrible experience with this branch. I believed that my corporate taxes were filed after working through them with the accountant here. They charge me for the services then I went on the cra website 3 weeks later when they were due and realized that they weren't even filed. Now its another 4 weeks after they were due and they wont return my calls or acknowledge that my taxes were never filed even after they charged me for the work. My husband tried booking with them, he called back several times and the person answered ‘hello’ he asked if it was H&R he said yes. He could not understand a word he said. He decided to go elsewhere and then a few days after filing his taxes another place he got a call from them saying his taxes have been completed and he needed to come pay. No!?
