I will never use them again. Had been long time customer, but since the agent I had left these past 2 years couldn't be worse. Different agents, basically same hours wasted, and ridiculously unprofessional & rip off experiences. They weren't knowledgeable or helpful, rude, and did nothing. Then again suprise changed the cost at the very end & overcharged without informing me.
Jospeh Haggerty is rude. He says it doesn’t matter that he filed my taxes last year with the wrong ssn. I have been waiting since October 4, 2024 for even a partial refund that this man says he has made it his mission to make sure I do not get. Meanwhile, my taxes this year cannot be submitted because the IRS thinks there’s an issue with my Social Security number because this clown submitted them incorrectly last year leading to issues this year. I called in to make appointment and the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude and actually shouted at me for no apparent reason. I ended up hanging up on her for raising her voice at me and I’ll never recommend an H and R block again. Horrible experience.
