Went there in April. My taxes still aren’t done and I’ve gotten no updates. I called and talked to them less than a month ago and they told me its my fault I’ve gotten no information regarding my taxes because it’s up to my to magically know my taxes aren’t done even though on the app it just says “in progress”. Will never use H & R block again. They just took my money and did nothing for me it seems.
They were able to see me without having an appointment. Jalea White from the Middletown De location was very friendly and she made the process very simple. The experience was amazing. I forgot to add Randy M. is a women of morals, values, and her loyalty runs deep for the American people. I trust them with my past, present, and my FUTURE!!
