Went to file my taxes on Feb 7th 2025. This “Jeanie” refused to allow me to claim my step son & then claimed I wasn’t being truthful about my taxes??? He has lived with me since end of January of 2024. His dad works out of state & I supported our son all year. I wasn’t allowed to claim my STEPSON. She said and I quote “you’re not making me lose my license” like what???? I paid for everything for him. Took him to school, meals , homework allllll of it. Was highly unprofessional.
