We, previously, have never had issues filing our taxes with H & R Block like we have experienced with this office. Not just one year but several years there have been problems. We've used H & R Block for numerous years in another state without concerns or problems. We can't even get this office to return a phone call after numerous attempts and messages.
Will not be using this office again. Repeat customer for several years. A problem almost every year after our taxes were filed and pd in full.
Have used H&R Block since i was a teenager. Some 30 yrs ago. Have moved quite a bit but always easy to find an office close by. With the app I have the option of using the same preparer regardless of I move.
No matter how big or small the business or side hustle, H&R Block will find those deductions and get you the best return. Will definitely trust my business tax prep to them every year.
