I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this place. For over a week, I’ve been trying to get in contact with Anna, and every time I call, the person answering the phone is extremely disrespectful. They cut me off, won’t let me explain why I’m calling, and have even laughed while speaking to me. Each time, I’m told I’ll receive a call back the same day but that never happens.
