Not a good experience at all. If I could reply with zero stars, I would. Having used this location for at least 6 years (with great results from Mr. Ross) my experience today is as follows: 1. Was not greeted appropriately by the front desk. I felt marginalized as a customer. 2. Appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. Arrived 1:29pm. I was told Rhonda was with a client. 3.
