Horrible service, my taxes were filed wrong because of birthday error from tax prep by the name of Dough. IRS rejected because or error- I purchased the peace of mind insurance additionally every year- it covers mistakes by tax prep. Nobody responded, I reached out over 10 times, came in person to file the claim for reimbursement and they just ignored me. Stay away from this office and Dough.
