I had a very rough year with my business due to hurricanes and my line of work with installing artificial grass .things went from great to bad to worse. If you want your taxes done, don't take them here, they will ignore your calls. They said they would do my business taxes and they have yet to do them. Hope they like paying the late fee for their lack of time management. It has been a month and not an update, everytime I call, they state they will get started..
Set an appointment for Thursday, after waiting for 45min we rescheduled for Sunday. On Sunday, we waited 30min and two people who came in with no appointments were taken back before we did. They do not have any respect for your appointment times
I would leave 0 stars if Google would allow. I made an appointment online last week on Thursday for Mon 3/24 at 7pm. Then on Friday I see that the appt has been changed. Not by me, by HnR, for 3/30 @ 3:00pm. I called and let them know this was not acceptable, we did not approve this and were not notified of the change. We need an evening appt and will also be away duringthat time. The person I spoke to apologized, said she did know how this happened, but could put me in for Tuesday 3/25 at 6pm. I agreed to that.
