I would leave 0 stars if Google would allow. I made an appointment online last week on Thursday for Mon 3/24 at 7pm. Then on Friday I see that the appt has been changed. Not by me, by HnR, for 3/30 @ 3:00pm. I called and let them know this was not acceptable, we did not approve this and were not notified of the change. As a business owner, we are always busy. There is always things to do for our brand. So our time is very valuable. If we set an appointment with a place, we expect both parties to be punctual. This was not the case today. We were supposed to meet with Rebecca. She had to be fished out by her receptionist to speak with us how she is behind with another client. Rebecca was extremely unprofessional. I had set up an appointment for 6pm. Rebecca had come out of her cubicle a 2nd time and assured me at 6:08 she is wrapping up with a customer. By 6:22pm I had requested someone else. Rebecca became passive aggressive about my comment and was trying to make a statement about how she would still need to deal with me one way or another. If someone like Rebecca can't manage her time, how can I trust her to manage my taxes?
