I was greeted by Vinnie very cold and told they couldn't help me. I have been trying to chase down my W2s for months. Prior to that I had a double masectomy for breast cancer. I was treated like an irresponsible teenager who blew off their responsibilities. He eventually printed me the number for the IRS and said "Good luck"
Do but trust the "guaranteed price." I was given a guaranteed price and the actual price was more than double. Apparently if that happens you can file a claim for 20% off next year. That is not a "guarantee." H&R block corporate would do nothing but leave it in the hands of the local office, who charged fees based on the way the website presented my account to them. Service by the local professional and excellent but their website is a bait and switch.
