If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did they charge me 500 to do my taxes, they denied my refund advance of my own money. There was no communication with being denied. Their emerald card is a joke! Don't ever use it! Can't even change to my bank account now and the card charges so many fees! I will never go to them again and I recommend no one else go to them! They are a joke!!
