Ms. Deborah Rich is incredible! She resolved an issue with my taxes in just two days—something another tax preparer couldn’t fix for almost four months. The process was smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be back next year!
Tried all day and no one answers the phone. Its not tax season and i have been trying all day sense 10am. Its now 2pm, left a message but that did no good. Very BAD service.

Ive used only H&R block my whole life. I feel its time to see what else it out there. I would give a five star review but 2 years in a roll im not satisfied. Its worse every year. I dont need nobody telling me not to claim my kids on my W4
