I had a very disappointing experience with H&R Block this tax season. I scheduled an appointment with a tax professional named, Mandi Jones, and as a loyal customer, I even rescheduled when she was unavailable the first time. Unfortunately, the second time I arrived she was again not at work and unable to complete my taxes. After two failed appointments, I had no choice but to work with a different tax pro. This experience felt very unprofessional and frustrating, and it has made me reconsider using H&R Block in the future.
2026: Again, I trust my TAX Professional Celeste Newman with my taxes she's very knowledgeable about taxes and very nice to work with. I've been going to her for years and totally trust her work. Earlier: I trust my Tax Professional Celeste Newman. I've been going to her for years ! I didn't know her before she started doing my taxes, but now consider her a friend. She puts my mind at ease.
