I knew I had to pay. But Salwa Yalda at the El Cajon office on Broadway was beyond professional and fixed my taxes that for years someone else had done wrong. Knowledgeable, funny. I left with less money in my pocket after she helped me pay the IRS using my credit card. Overall, great service. I was a walk- in. All the staff were great.
