This was the 2nd year I brought my taxes, and for the 2nd year the delays were double the amount of time than what I was told. Not to mention the extra fees. The extra fees last year were the electronic filing fee (even though I had to mail the provincial ones myself... to which i wrote off as a random system error) ; As well as a first time homebuyers credit fee ( this one i was told about in advance so even though it was weird but I knew to expect it). Pire expérience jamais vécue en terme de déclarations d'impôts avec beaucoup d'erreurs; j'ai appelé à deux reprises mais jamais eu de suivi, m'obligeant à reprendre ma déclaration d'impôt ailleurs après avoir déjà payé chez H&R! Je ne recommande pas

Bonjour, Je tenais absolument à laisser ce commentaire au sujet de Madame José Cabral. Elle est d’un professionnalisme hors pair, un souci indéniable de ces clients. Je crois dans un ère où il ya plus de service à la clientèle à la hauteur de vos investissements, elle mérite de mentionner son savoir faire et l’image positive qu’elle apporte à H&R Block. Tu as tout mon respect et l’excellence d’un entrepreneuriat et patronat au féminin!! Un exemple à suivre!! Comme on dit : à tout seigneur tout honneur
