Malheureusement, je ne peux plus recommander les services de cet établissement. Malgré que j’avais donné un 4*/5 à ce établissement. En 2024, j’avais été entièrement satisfait : mon dossier avait été traité efficacement, au point où, malgré un déménagement à plus d’1h, je suis revenu en 2025 pour confier à nouveau ma déclaration et celle de ma femme. This was the 2nd year I brought my taxes, and for the 2nd year the delays were double the amount of time than what I was told. Not to mention the extra fees. The extra fees last year were the electronic filing fee (even though I had to mail the provincial ones myself... to which i wrote off as a random system error) ; As well as a first time homebuyers credit fee ( this one i was told about in advance so even though it was weird but I knew to expect it). Pire expérience jamais vécue en terme de déclarations d'impôts avec beaucoup d'erreurs; j'ai appelé à deux reprises mais jamais eu de suivi, m'obligeant à reprendre ma déclaration d'impôt ailleurs après avoir déjà payé chez H&R! Je ne recommande pas
