H&R Block CHATEAUGUAY is without a doubt a very customer oriented company. Service on phones, to reception to tax specialist thoroughly amazing. To paraphrase Tina Turner: “Simply the best!!!!!!”
We had great service while we were currently customers, after we moved and switched places doing our taxes the attitude completely changed. I called back to ask questions about my tax return the year previous, after waiting weeks to finally get through to someone, I was given false info and a lot of attitude over the phone. It took me 6 months and going to a different H and R block in Rockland Ontario to figure out what had happened with my tax return. Thankfully the H and R block there was extremely kind and professional.
Service déplorable, après 6 semaines d’attente, j’ai du envoyer un courriel de plainte pour recevoir un suivi, rien n’avait été fait. Jamais de réponses aux courriels, impossible de parler a qui que soit quand tu appel la bas. Une dame m’a rappelé disant qu’elle fesais des impots…. Aucune idee qui elle est….si je pouvais donner aucune etoile je le ferais. Tres mecontente du service. Je vais faire affaire ailleurs!
I've been doing my taxes in chateauguay for 10 years and this is the worst year ever! I went in at the end of April to fix a mistake that i thought they had made but they assured me that there was no mistake on their end, so i decided to do my taxes with them again. We are now the end of july and we still haven't got our taxes and because of this my gf has been cut off from ALL of her child benefits!!!
