Arlete DaSilva, wow! Let me just say a very judgmental person. Lied and I can't imagine what she noted on the account. Just a walk-through of the appointment. A few tax documents came in late, leaving it so taxes had to be redone. Set up the appointment online and meet with Ms. DaSilva.
