Every year I make an appointment with George. Anderson. He is the best. Friendly and accurate. Makes this process easy to Understand. As long as I can he will have my business. Long story short, I went into this location last year and had my taxes completed by Arlete. The previous year I lived out of state. She told me someone filed my taxes using my ssn in the state I previously lived in and so we had to file again by paper and let the IRS know about this so that they can investigate further and possibly get back any return the identity thieves might have received in my name. She said who ever it was, must have filed online with H&R block. The IRS took almost a full year to finally get back to me ... read more
