If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommend if you use them you purchase their Piece of Mind, otherwise they can mishandle your taxes more than once and they feel no responsibility. I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved just to get an appointment to try to resolve my issues . Horrible customer service on top of all the other issues. Stay clear!!!
They make you wait for over an hour with over EIGHT employees here and won’t accept a benefit card as identification even though in NYC it’s considered Government ID. It’s confusing because she says we can show her a picture of a paycheck stub but we cannot show a picture of the ID to her. Once I said how could you prove that the paycheck stub were showing is his and true and she said BY MATCHING THE NAME! Make it make sense! I would not recommend anyone come to this location ever.
