Honestly a scam. tldr: I went a prior year for my taxes and they not only lied to me multiple times to be able to charge me more, they also messed up my taxes and cost me thousands. When I arrived they didn’t even remember my booking I made over a week in advance, so they “upgraded” me for “free” to an expert preparer, which just means they paired me with the equivalent of a manager and charged me the premium rate for it but didn’t tell me till after. Worst service in history complete scam I was charged $515 and they did my taxes wrong they forgot to upload My tax form with my taxes. Dumbest things I’ve ever heard. the state declined my taxes they wouldn’t redo my returns with their error and now I may get a huge fine from the state and don’t know where to turn to get my taxes done now and I already paid and don’t want to pay again plus it’s now 1 and a half months after taxes were due I never once heard back from them at all. Total rip-off. They want $350 to do the very basic Bare minimum tax returns.
Wow.. Never again, submitted tax return. Not knowing what's really going on! They will notify me when my return refunds will be released, that's all the info I have received....
