The guy who just picked up the phone was terrible. Didn’t even let me finish asking my question before cutting me off. Learn how to hear people out before cutting them off. Even if you think you know the answer.
They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Asked them a question and a man with glasses dismissed me, without offering to take a look or provide any services. Very unhelpful.
I was having so much trouble finding anyone knowledgeable in this field that could help guide me on how to resolve my tax issue- I called here after 100 calls- and Michael was able to find the resource to help solve my issue within minutes! I will definitely come here next year if Michael is still there!! Thank you Michael!!!
