I've been to every tax place around the area and this was by far the best one. Finally, someone who I can rely on with my taxes. The secretary Andrea was very friendly and made sure I had all my documents in order. Mr. Cesar explained every detail I needed to know about my taxes. My refund made me very happy. Will be going back next year.
The guy who just picked up the phone was terrible. Didn’t even let me finish asking my question before cutting me off. Learn how to hear people out before cutting them off. Even if you think you know the answer.
They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Asked them a question and a man with glasses dismissed me, without offering to take a look or provide any services. Very unhelpful.
