I did my taxes with Yaser at H&R and I am very satisfied. great crew, professional team, and positive environment. I referred my GF to do hers as well, she is going to meet Diane tomorrow. They are great! it took them 15 minutes to get my acceptance and finally getting returned some money which is great, and the fee is worth it. I recommend them to everyone! Book your appointment on their website, it's easy.
I feel like I just got robbed… Arrived at my appointment promptly at 1pm. The tax specialist was running behind which I of course was very understanding of. He took me back 35 minutes late and seemed very frazzled. He spent 14 minutes on my filing and it cost me $174. Never in my life has money flown out of my pocket so quickly. I didn’t get much back in my taxes, but most of it just went right back into someone else’s pocket. I’m flabbergasted. I’ll risk the IRS coming after me next year. Never again.
I’ve been going to H&R Block almost 5 years I’ve been a loyal customer , but I’ve booked an appointment twice with Diane Mcgarity and she never showed up for the appointments that were booked. I get that people go through things, but don’t have a guest waiting for you and you never show up and you don’t even reach out to the guest to apologize. first and last time at H&R. I was overwhelmed and seeking the advice of a professional and live interact th8s year. Boy was I WRONG to have chosen this place. The lack of follow up question(s) from this so called "expert" caused my first ever rejection with the IRS. (I'm 54). I'm livid!!!!.. to think the IRS thought I was lying!? Now I have to wait lonerger than usual to fix this mess that was created.
