Horrible. Will not return. Had amendments to do that we could've/should've done ourselves but felt it would be better to use the Valley Springs H &R Block. Have now received 3 invoices for payment because the "tax preparer" did multiple years incorrectly.
Susan did an amazing job! This woman helped me look for my 1095 A form for about 45 minutes to an Hour and we found out that I had the wrong address and that’s what messed it all up. She killed it and made sure I got everything I needed to benefit me on my taxes! What an angel ♥️
Kim is a Fairy-Tax-Mum if I’ve ever met one! She was SUCH a pleasure to work with, both last year and this year, for our tax filing. She is SO personable, yet professional, and REALLY knows her business! I highly recommend working with her at the Valley Springs H&R branch if you have individual or small business tax filing needs. She literally just took a few ton weight off of our shoulders this year and we couldn’t be more grateful for finding her! : ) THANK YOU Kim - you’re THE BEST!!
