We were not told how much we were going to owe H&R black for filing our taxes even though that is advertised online. Once she completed everything she told us we owed her a little over $500. Not including what we owed state for taxes. Obviously wasn’t expecting to pay them that much or else we would have said no before she even began.
I gave them all my forms. She gave me an estimate for the cost to file at $164. Then when it came down to time to pay.. it was $285. The manager couldn’t even help because I had a $100 coupon and they can only enter 1. So I paid $185 when it should have been $64. Wont be back. Would not recommend. 0/10
Scheduled us for a certain time. Came in couldn't get it done so scheduled us a few days later. They didn't know we were scheduled when we came back. Took a day off work for it to be wasted. Major miscommunication went on. Not a fan.
