I had to schedule appointment for weeks and when I arrived the tax preparer was not qualified to do my taxes because I run a small business. So they did part of my return and the next day I came back with a person who was certified. The second tax preparer did not account for all my income and did not put $30,000 in my income on my return. The document was uploaded to H&R Block, and they saw it afterwards.
