Not only this year were my taxes filed wildly incorrectly ... while fixing the 2023 taxes it was discovered my 2022 taxes were ALSO filed wrong... (Jeffery Koob is person who filed them incorrectly both years.) This has added so much stress to my life and the response time from the HR block has not been good at all. I feel helpless and beyond lost on what they are even doing anymore.
