I’ve been going to H&R Block for over 10 years and never in my life had an experience as I did here at the Great Barrington location. Do not have certain appointments available online and then not have anyone to fill those appointments. Booked last week, work schedule couldn’t make it in, I wasn’t even offered a drop off. So now in order to do your taxes with this horrible company, you have to drive 45 minutes to another town there and back. HIRE MORE COMPETENT PEOPLE…
Unless you are dealing with Maryellen Gregor stay away from here. I have been going here for almost 20 years and was treated like a child today. No. Worse. The secretary was condescending and tried to make me feel like an idiot because the website says you don’t need an appointment to drop off taxes. (Apparently you do?) Then when I advocated for myself the tax person, Susan Blogett, told me I need to “calm down” in order for her to help me.
