Would not recommend!! I didn’t even book an appointment with them because of the terrible customer service on the phone.
I had a very frustrating experience with H&R Block for my 2024 taxes. I dropped off my T4s expecting my return to be filed professionally and on time, but that never happened. The representative took my documents and then failed to file my return — without any communication or follow-up. I only discovered the issue after calling the CRA myself, where I was told my 2024 taxes had never been submitted. This is a serious lack of responsibility and accountability, especially when dealing with something as important as tax filing... read more
I would give zero if I could. When somebody sends their taxes with all their sensitive information to someone, they expect a reply. The fact that I had to follow up 2 weeks later does not instill confidence. And when I said I would rather look elsewhere to do my taxes, and the person on the phone says "perfect," maybe consider whether you want to stay in business or not with that attitude.
I would give zero stars if I could.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sonia LaBrosse, told me she would call me back within a couple of days. It has now been over a month, and she has not returned a single call. I have called at least six times and spoken with the front desk repeatedly, and every time I’m told someone will follow up….yet no one ever does. I submitted important paperwork back in October 2025, and at this point I have no confidence that it has even been properly handled.... read more
Have filed my taxes at this location for a number of years now. this past tax season (2025) i opened a small business and needed a lot of help making sure everything was filed and organized the right way - Jun was super helpful and patient, answered all of dumb questions, and helped me set things up to be as beneficial as possible for me!
