First, I chose appointment and it showed no open availability in any of the next few months (Feb, March, April), so I switched to 'drop-off' and it showed all kinds of times. Great place if you want your taxes screwed up and your money in limbo. Jody inn Topsham screwed up my email, emerald card account and now I'm getting the run around on my cash advance. They talk over you and charge you $38 for them to screw you completely over and refuse to make it easy to fix it or reimburse you for the extra charges for what you asked for but didn't get.
