I came in 1/15/26 the lady at the desk was kind. However her co worker was extremely rude. I asked for help with my block account and she told me "I cant do anything you have too" very unprofessional. I been coming to hr block for over 15 years. Never have I had an issue with someone like I did today. She continued with her own conversation instead of pointing me in right direction. Will be reaching out to management and or corporate
They quoted me $450 for me to file. On that day I learned how to do it myself. Just a scam
