So grateful for the Tax support given by Fiona Q. I was a walk-in, and she was fully booked with appointments for the day, but she sacrificed her lunch break to squeeze me in. The process was seamless and efficient. I also really appreciate the financial advice she shared with me. 10/10 service!
Fiona Qiu is an amazing account manager. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is very friendly 🌸

Working with H&R Block has always been pleasant. Great customer service and support and friendly environment. Especially, Sylva, who helped me out with everything and had a lovely smile all the time. I’m looking forward to come back next year. I highly recommend H&R Block, and Sylva’s support.
Always the best service with FIONA QIU at the Kitsilano branch!! She’s really great and I travel far just to do taxes with her every year. She’s such an expert and always makes sure I’m clear on everything. Super grateful for her professionalism and help for many years with my business taxes.
