Treated me badly said I am in collections, got to the bottom of it, then told me somebody used my information to get an ral then stopped talking to me about it, left in the dark.
Don’t bother coming here. Taxes prepared incorrectly, I have been trying to reach someone to fix, left voicemails etc and still have yet to hear back. I can’t speak for the other tax preparers at this office but I strongly suggest you avoid LEONOR LARSEN like the plague if you do deicide to come here. Incorrectly completed my taxes and she claimed she stands by her work but when the IRS came after me cause she messed up my taxes her and no one else from this office ever returned my calls. I don’t remember the name of the older Hispanic lady that helped me but she had one of worst customer service I’ve experienced. Based on my personal experience I do not recommend anyone use them.
