DO NOT WORK WITH JU YOUNG KIM OR THIS OFFICE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Submitted my tax documents, messaged constantly over 2 weeks asking for an update with NO REPLY. Waste of time.
I’ve never have posted negative reviews ever. But with all caps - NEVER USE THEM. They said they will be able to file my schedule c and FBAR but only got back to me on the day of filing with only my 1040. I explicitly selected an accountant that can do not only 1040 but FBAR and schedule C!!!! No communication on when they’ll get back to me throughout the process, no way to escalate issues so felt trapped - i literally do not know what to do…and I am late on my returns so looking for another accountant asap.
