Zero stars! I paid for a consultation fee on my taxes but then I wasn't allowed to keep my papers that I paid for. Everytime I asked the person a question she would look at me like I was dumb and had a had horrible attitude. I've been coming here for years and every year is more expensive. I don't know how the price to do your taxes is over $200!! Never coming back here! Turbo tax here I come!
