Just tried to call for advice on something because I’m not that knowledgeable on finance (as I’m young and still new to tax) I understand that I can’t get given financial over the phone (which I stated) but was meant with a rude attitude speaking to me like I was stupid. It was a simple question and if they couldn’t truely answer it. It could’ve been said ALLOT nicer. Don’t know who I was speaking with but am just kinda stocked because I’ve never had someone been so rude
