North bend lacks the customer service that most h and r block offices offer. They appear to think the customers are somehow being paid to perform the services that we think we are paying them for. Unfortunate. Other offices I've worked with have been much more accommodating to work hours that their customers are obliged to. This has been so time consuming, versus convenient.
I had a very good experience using H&R Block. Ivy and Keun guided me through the process as I was having to handle my mom and step dad's taxes after my mom had passed and my step dad has dementia. They were helpful, kind and very knowledgable. They made a difficult situation very easy. The online system is very user friendly. I would highly recommend them and will use them next year. Thank you so much!
H&R Block has been wonderful to work with and has made our experience comfortable and affordable to manage our tax preparation needs. Our tax adviser Ivy is the person we always use and we wouldn't want to prepare taxes in any other way. We are 100% satisfied and can't imagine better service from anyone.
