Went to H&R block on west 11th and the girl that was in there I believe her name was Gene, returned a phone call I had left them about helping me send off more information that the IRS asked for (because this is my first time filing) and she said to come on in and she’d help us. I was mis lead multiple times about who can an can not do my taxes. Hours of wasted time. Employees blaming other employees instead of taking responsibility. Overall a astounding lack of communication ultimately wasting a small business owners time.
Never any "Grey" area's!
The young lady that prepared my taxes made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly. She was super knowledgeable about her job a extremely professional.
