We have worked with Rebecca Hammond at H&R Block for the past few years & she is completely fantastic. She is patient & kind. She never makes me feel dumb or bad if I forget something or am running late. She is always professional & always upbeat. Highly recommend!
Booked an appointment for 10 am 2 days earlier went in didn't even have my appointment in their books. It wasn't on their schedule. It even rescheduled me for 11 am one hour later for the same day prior to coming in and it's still was not in their system! 1 out of 10 do not recommend until they get their system fixed!? They just told me to reschedule at a different location.
Ask for Debbie to do your taxes. She also goes by Deborah. Debbie will find everything for you to gain money. This was my first time using Debbie and now I will only use her!
