We have been using H&R block for 5 years and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. We opted for the drop-off method of doing taxes, and it was a huge mistake. The lady at the front desk never had straight answers for us. She was all over the place all the time. We had to keep coming in because she just didn't know what she was doing. Super easy to organize my taxes online and get the tax forms ready and submitted. It's great working with the tax professional virtually to avoid a trip.
Jeremy was super nice and informative. Got me the best return I could have gotten and was very friendly! Will be going there again!
Scheduled an appointment just for them to call and cancel it because they don't have the correct workers.
