Frank (Bell road) needs more training. Sat there for 3 hours while he very slowly figured out the obvious and then it would cost me $400 to file.
Sumalee at your Vaughn rd branch is one of the most professional people i have ever met. What a outstanding person to do your taxes and I highly recommend her. Great experience!
If I could do zero stars I would. My mom, went to them for several years and for 2023, I took her to get her taxes done again, and the lady DID NOT file her taxes. I found out a week ago and had to jump through hoops to get the paperwork to them to fix their mistake and was told it would be done within a day (it is a time sensitive situation) and I would get a call to come pick it up. I did not receive a call and now the office is closed two more days. Needless to say, we will not be back to H&R Block.
