Extreme negligence and disorganization at this location. Both Nancy Hobson and Tammy Mercer worked on my 2020 taxes and four years later they've still not gotten anywhere. I have called and emailed numerous times and been disregarded. I called the IRS and was told the accountants had given me false information and they suggested this location be reported for their actions (or lack of).
