I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this location, and unfortunately, the issues seem ongoing. On two separate occasions, I arrived for scheduled appointments only to be told that I wasn’t in the system and needed to reschedule. I had confirmation emails with the assigned tax advisor and location, yet I was still turned away. I had a unique situation I came in seeking advice on best next steps knowing that they are trained to input information into a program but on the off shot there would be someone that had some experience to help me as my tax specialist is Monday through Friday and harder to see. Decided to go back to H&R Block after years of using other services and we were happy we did. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, the appointment was in person for myself and my elderly mother and only waited less than a week and everything sorted out in the appointments in half the alloted time. Will be back next year and thanks 😊
